Fundraising

As a non-profit organization, XYBA relies solely on contributions to support its mission statement.  There are four primary ways that the organization raises money.

  1. Player Fees:  Each player is expected to pay an annual fee of $    (max $   /family) to help defray traditional overhead costs (e.g. uniforms, equipment, supplies)
  2.
Tournaments:  XYBA hosts up to two  tournaments each year for girls and boys teams in two different age groups (typically, 4th-6th and 7th & 8th grade).  Proceeds from entry fees and concessions will be contributed to the established XYBA general account.
  3. Corporate/Personal Donations: The XYBA appreciates and accepts donations of cash, in-kind services and good from generous individuals and businesses. If you or someone you know would be interested in contributing and joining our list of individual and or corporate sponsors please notify a board member.
